Interreligious Eco-Justice Network

Committed to justice and grounded in hope, the Interreligious Eco-Justice Network (IREJN) is a unifying voice dedicated to positive, hopeful action on behalf of the earth, the one thing we all share and the one place we all call home. IREJN’s mission is to inspire and empower religious communities in Connecticut to be faithful stewards of the earth, and its goal is to protect the earth’s ecosystems, safeguard the health of all creation, and ensure sufficient, sustainable life for all.

In 2012, IREJN helped launch the CT Roundtable on Climate and Jobs (CRCJ) and has served as CRCJ’s fiscal sponsor.

On October 30, 2018, IREJN and CRCJ teamed up with St. James Episcopal Church and All Soul’s Unitarian Universalist Church to co-sponsor a forum on offshore wind in New London.
