VP Harris Announces White House Support for Bridgeport Carbon Free Healthy Schools

Vice President Kamala Harris announced the White House’s commitment to campaigns like the Bridgeport Carbon Free Healthy Schools campaign, which CRCJ facilitates, and other campaigns for Carbon Free Healthy Schools. On Monday, April 4, 2022, Harris detailed the Biden-Harris Action Plan for Building Better School Infrastructure to upgrade our public schools with modern, clean, energy efficient facilities. We will be sharing this information and listening to parent, student and teacher concerns at our  community listening session tomorrow.

Bridgeport residents, come discuss current school infrastructure and learn about upgrades, improvements and opportunities for federal funding to complete green school infrastructure projects as explained by Vice President Harris earlier this week.
