Michelle Eckman, M.S. Biology, serves as the Roundtable’s Associate Director. She has over twenty years of experience in conservation and the environment. She has worked with students, educators and administrators in New Mexico, Texas, Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Michelle has designed and taught her own climate-based environmental education programs in Texas and Connecticut. In 2012, she created an award-winning education program, Science in Nature, for the Connecticut Audubon Society. From 2014 – 2017, Michelle was one of twenty-seven North American fellows in the eeCapacity Community Climate Change Fellowship program. She has managed teams consisting of directors, educators, and administrative assistants.
